Having been born in Rochester, NY (a.k.a. Kodak Country), and having a grandfather, and a great-grandfather, who both worked in the photographic industry, I guess you could say Jeff was bound to become a photographer, sooner ar later. He went to Emerson College to study film production…making movies. He graduated, and then spent the better part of the next eight years working on television commercials, Hollywood movies, and music videos. A few of the movies he worked on are The Matchmaker starring Denis Leary; Anna and the King starring Jodie Foster; and The Boondock Saints starring Willem Dafoe. He moved to Vermont, and got a job as a photographer standing on the side of a mountain taking pictures of skiers. That wasn’t enough. He went back to school, and two weeks after graduation he opened his own studio. That was 13 years ago. He has since had the opportunity to work as a catalog photographer for LL Bean, Cole Haan, The Orvis Company, Timberland, Wintersilks, Vermont Country Store, Vermont Teddy Bear, among others. Not only does he photograph products but also portraits, snowboarding, horse shows, events, and musicians. He loves what he does.
